The extra acceleration isn't really a factor. How often is absolute maximum acceleration used? Assuming you actually go in a straight line when using all your thrusters, what purpose would it serve? Also, the "superior" acceleration of the GM is 0.01 Gs greater than the GUNDAM. That's so negligible as to be nonexistant. Now if you wanted to mention the light weight of the GM by 1.2 metric tons, you could say it has less mass and its delta-v would be a little better.

The learning computer would prove to be a boon if it had 'experience' from previous battles. Going into A Baoa Qu with some info on the Gelgoog performance would certainly help more than having no idea on their capabilities. Luckily, Amuro fought a particular red one several times before A Baoa Qu.

I think the GM needed a reactor upgrade to use the BLASH XBR-L-03/N-STD beam rifle. It's initial output isn't enough to power a weapon of that size. Also, I don't think either the GUNDAM or the GM can engage targets at their maximum sensor radius. While 300 meters would give you further warning of the enemy presence, you wouldn't be able to do anything about it until at least 2 km anyway. Especially the GM, whose beam spray gun has all the accuracy of the French Liberator pistol.
