It's not on there but I would really like to do storyboards or visual design to a series, those would be interesting jobs while also allowing for one to input their own visual style into the vision of a director. Heck I wouldn't mind being on a planning committee for an anime so that I at least get to play in the groundwork.

Though if I had to vote on the decisions given, go with promo since I can swipe all kinds of free swag ^^

Plot writing would be cool. I have all these ideas hehehe....

Realistically, "localizing" anime for other countries could be fun. You'd be the one all the fans hate for changing their favorite show...

Great idea! Storyboarding would be fun. I always watch anime and think "this scene would be REALLY cool is they shot it from this angle" etc.

Free stuff is always a plus.

I'd do localizations; I'm an editor by trade and by upbringing, so translating and refining the dialogue would be more or less what I'm used to.

Oh yeah, if you're with promotions you can go out to all the cons and stuff right? That could be fun.

I still think the best job ever is test player for video games. Getting paid to play video games that aren't released yet and then saying what you thought of them. Damn I want that job...

Damn you Drizz. You give a poll with three options that I want so I have to actually make a decision. What's up with that?

I'd have to go with Plot/Dialogue, for two reasons: The first being that that's what I think I'd be best at. I have no grasp of foreign languages, which makes localisation a bit iffy. I also have no experience being a VA, so dubbing would be out of my reach too. I do, however, fancy myself a writer in the distant future.

But the far more telling reason is this: Being the writer would mean far less rabid fanboy/girl flak. I mean, people tear chunks out of dubbers and localisation crew all the time (at least, on this side of the sun). How often does the blame fall on the writer? It's the perfect crime.

arg....I woulda picked writing/dialouge....I'm really good, but i'm too afraid my stuff will come off as corny/cheesy/schmalty....so I, the lone voter, chose dubbing....because I'm great with voices.
