Talking Lupin III arcade shooter

I was just talking to my friend who just came back from Japan, his been busy playin arcade games over there and he said there is a Lupin III arcade shooter w00t!

So I did a quick search and I found the official site

http://www.wow-ent.co.jp/product/lup...ing/index.html

Check out the screenshots one of them makes the shooter look like a racer game.

Looks pretty cool this game, all I hope is that the local arcade will get the machine.

I need a good shooter to play because there arent anymore good arcade shooters, only good ones where House of the Dead and Time Crisis. I hate Confidential Mission and Ninja Assualt . . ,

It looks pretty okay, I hope it's not just your standard Virtua Cop/ House of the Dead action with a new car thing involved (although that looks pretty interesting steering and shooting (??) at the same time).

I think there was actually an older shooter for Lupin made but that used like an anime 2D graphics or something....not sure. The one I saw in Hong Kong was like typing of the dead but for a Lupin game so i don't know if it's the same version (like HOTD2 to Typing).

So how new/old is this game?

Yes it did have a keyboard (all in Japanese) and it was also next to TOTD but it didn't show any demos (just sprite graphics intro) so I'm guessing it was the same one your friend plays but just typing instead.

Ah this game.. I was playing this when I was in HK a few months back, it's okay, nothing flash. Lupin fans will enjoy it I guess.

Yah this game is fairly old now, dunno if Australia will ever see now that it's over 1 year old.

The most annoying stage was the driving through town bit where you gotta shoot the steering wheel on the screen left or right to avoid on coming traffic.
